Are Superteam wheels UCI approved?
Yes, many of our carbon wheel models are UCI approved, meaning they have passed rigorous safety and impact tests required for professional competitive racing.
What is the weight limit for your carbon wheelsets?
Most of our road wheelsets have a maximum recommended rider weight of 120kg (264lbs). We recommend checking the specific product page for individual model limits.
How long does shipping take and do I have to pay customs fees?
Shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. For many regions, we offer tax-prepaid shipping options to ensure you don't face unexpected customs charges upon delivery.
What kind of warranty do you offer on wheels?
We provide a 2-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from crashes.
Can I use tubeless tires with Superteam wheels?
Most of our modern rims are designed to be tubeless-ready. You will simply need to apply tubeless rim tape and use a tubeless valve stem and sealant for setup.
What brake pads should I use with carbon rims?
You must use carbon-specific brake pads. Using standard pads designed for alloy rims will damage the braking surface and void your warranty. We include a set of compatible pads with every rim-brake wheelset.
