Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your wheels in the original shipping box with all protective foam and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Superteam

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package to our designated service center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the wheels are in new condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
